"ii'm certain your briefs are a good product. am disappointed they didn't fit. the briefs were much too large. if it worked for me i would have ordered men's for my husband as well. he is 5'8 and weighs 130 lb. at 86 yrs. i an 5'3 at 155 lbs. at age 78. we both would like briefs with tabs on the sides rather than pullups. the tabs were what we were hopeful about. i would also be interested in a pad if it fit. thanks for your effort."

Keeping Mom cozy through the night
"I've got an elderly loved one in assisted living and there were some challenges in the night that were not being resolved with what was available to us. She'd use depends but they really can't handle overnight and they become irritating. We got a purewick external catheter and it works but the limitations made it challenging for Mom if she just wanted to roll over onto her side. I was looking for a heavy duty overnight solution and I discovered North shore and your amazing products. I placed an order and in my impatience I didn't realize that the shipping was a few days out. I was irritated and sent an email questioning the shipping date and the rep was so nice and understanding and accommodating of my error. Spectacular customer service. The overnight protection that Mom is now getting is a godsend. She sleeps through the night, she can twist, turn and roll over with no leaks. "Was hoping for a product that could make it thru the night. Unfortunately, this leaks after only 3-4 hours. No liquids are consumed after 6:30pm and bedtime is between 10:30 and 11pm. My guess is they just dont fit properly"
