"These are my favorite North Shores product. They fit very well and are substantial enough for me to use overnight. I do use diaper covers to handle a leak if necessary but most nights, no leaks occur and I do eliminate a lot in my sleep. When I got these, I felt like I had gotten my life back because I could sleep without setting alarms to wake me up to go to the bathroom. I do use the small extra booster pads. I am so grateful to have found a great solution."

"That feel of good quality they run on the bigger side compared to other brands that I have tried. The medium feel to tight and the large feel to lose im around the 210 lbs everyone is built different. For me They leaked on the first time use . I would recommend to try them out because everyone body is alittle bit different"

Great absorbency but too large
"Starting a couple years ago began my overnight incontinence journey. Since then I’ve tried at least 20 pull-ups. This is easily the most absorbent but disappointed in the fit. I’ve always been a size large but feel like with the high cut in the legs, these are too big and loose for a 38” 240lb body. Fantastic absorbency though, held everything and still room to go probably"

"When I was in charge of my father's healthcare, we struggled with incontinence products available through local stores and the hospital. All the medium sized products were too small, and all the large sizes were too big. The GoSupreme were the PERFECT fit size wise, and were pivotal for reducing my father's stress. - What is the quantity on the intro pack? How many diapers?
- We have sample packs of 2, trial packs of 4, or, depending on the size, S-XL packs of 14 and 2XL packs of 12, and 3XL packs of 10.
- Do the above-mentioned incontinence underwear have PFAS (polyfluoralkyl) or lead, or arsenic in them? Please let me know if your products are free of PFAS? When I look at the ingredients for this product, this website lists: Cellulose Pulp Fluff, Sodium Polyacrylate, Polyester, Polyethylene, Adhesives, Polypropylene, Non-Latex Elastics, Ink. Based on these ingredients I believe that this underwear might have PFAS. Please reply to me about my questions, thank you, NorthShore customer service.
- It is possible for small amounts of PFAS to be detectable in almost all incontinence products. We are working on independent testing for PFAS to be hopefully completed next year to have better information.
- does it work with booster pads
- If you need more absorbency than the 38 oz. that our NorthShore GoSupreme Overninght Underwear holds, you may add booter pads inside for additional absorbency. You may also use more than one booster pad at a time and adjust them to where you need the most absorbency at.
- Does it have plastic backing
- All of our NorthShore GoSupreme and NorthShore pull-on underwear have clothlike exterior. We do not have any pull-on underwear with plastic exterior.
